Kwame Ametepee Tsikata (born November 20, 1982) is a renowned Ghanaian artist recognized for his roles as a singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer. Professionally known as M.anifest, he is the grandson of the distinguished African ethnomusicologist and composer J.H. Kwabena Nketia. In 2017, M.anifest achieved acclaim by winning the titles of Best Rapper and Hip-Hop Song of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards. Additionally, he contributed to five tracks on the Rocket Juice and The Moon album.

Early Life
M.anifest was born and raised in Accra, Ghana, into the family of Tsatsu Tsikata and Rev. Dr. Nana Nketia,
His father, Tsatsu Tsikata, is a legal practitioner working as a professional Ghanaian lawyer and preacher, while his mother, Rev. Dr. Nana Nketia, works as a professor. His grandfather, Joseph Hanson Kwabena Nketia, was a famous and distinguished African ethnomusicologist and composer.
In 2001, M.anifest moved to the United States and went to Macalester College in Minneapolis-St. Paul. He studied economics and graduated in 2005. In high school at SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International College in Tema, he was the entertainment prefect, Amet Tsikata.
Apart from his music journey, M.anifest has been involved in various activities. He’s done artist residencies, given lectures at places like St. Lawrence University and the University of Ghana, and spoken at Hamline University, Macalester College, the Penumbra Theater’s Summer Arts Institute, and Ashesi University.
