Adebayo was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, into the family of the legendary and respected actor Adebayo Salami, known as Oga Bello. He grew up alongside 12 siblings in a polygamous home. Some of his renowned siblings include  Tope Adebayo, Lai Adebayo, Kemi Adebayo, Sadiq Adebayo, and Omolara Adebayo.

Femi Adebayo did his secondary education at C&S College, Ilorin, Kwara State. Continuing his academic journey, he enrolled at the University of Ilorin, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Frustrated in his quest for knowledge, he went further to the University of Ibadan, where he obtained a master’s Degree in Law.
